RSVP FAQs

  • Why do you ask for my full name in the RSVP? Our hosts at Microsoft ask that we provide a list of attendees to ease the way through security.
  • When should I RSVP? Please RSVP as soon as possible, but no later than NOON of the DAY BEFORE the meeting.
  • Can I still come if I don't RSVP? Yes. If you don't RSVP, you can still join us for the meeting, though you will be a little slower coming through security. An accurate headcount does help us a lot with the planning - so we have a big enough room for the expected attendees, to provide sufficient pizza (and not be wasteful), and to speed up everyone's access to the building. We understand that plans change, etc., so just do your best on the RSVP.
  • Can I come late? Get there when you can. For example, it is fine if you wish to come only for the main speakers (usually) starting at 7:00 PM, and you can still put in for pizza. Please do try to RSVP so we can get an accurate count for food and to ensure we have a big enough room.
